shiitakes

olive oil
1 T
tamari
1 T
garlic,crushed
1 t
rosemary,minced

salt & black pepper
1 t
maple syrup
1 t
sesame oil,otional
Instructions
Rinse mushrooms.
Remove & discard stems.
Toss mushrooms with remaining ingredients & marinate for 5 minutes.
Grill caps over coals until lightly charred.
Serve hot.
